TERMS OF SALE- All product is sold under the terms of sale of the seller and no changes or alterations may be made except in writing by an officer of the seller.
HOW TO ORDER- Purchase orders may be placed with the factory or your Beckson Representative via mail, fax, telephone, and by direct email to email@example.com. Beckson will not accept responsibility for shipping errors on telephone orders without receipt of written confirmation prior to shipment. Beckson reserves the right to cancel orders for future delivery in the event of unexpected material shortages. All purchase orders are subject to approval.

FREIGHT POLICY- All shipments are made F.O.B. FACTORY. Beckson reserves the right to ship prepaid or collect and to specify freight carriers and shipping dates.
CREDIT POLICY- Except for Cash or Certified Check, all orders (including COD, MasterCard and Visa) are subject to Beckson Credit Department approval.
-Credit is available to customers who have completed and returned a signed Beckson Credit Application and received credit approval. Changes of ownership or company name will require a new credit application and re-approval. To avoid delay in servicing an order, Beckson will ship COD or CIA (Cash in Advance) or with prepayment via MasterCard or Visa until credit is established. A service charge, monthly interest of 1-1/12% per month (18% per annum), will be charged on overdue accounts. All orders for accounts with past due invoices or service charges will be placed on hold pending receipt of payment and for review of open account status. Service charges must be paid together with past due balances and all costs of collection and attorney's fees should collection become necessary.
-Returned or Dishonored Checks are considered a serious matter. Shipments to the offending account will be suspended until the original check has cleared or replacement funds have been received. A $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks and must be paid prior to resumption of shipments. Accounts which have had returned or dishonored checks will be placed on COD/Certified Funds Only or CIA terms until they demonstrate an ability to meet credit requirements and are re-approved by the Beckson Credit Department.
FREIGHT CLAIMS- Offsets and deductions for freight damage or loss are not allowed. Beckson products are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Product damage or loss occurring in transit is the responsibility· of the carrier. Note damaged cartons on the freight bill at time of delivery. Check damaged or re-taped cartons for missing goods. It is the buyer's responsibility to file all transportation claims. File a claim against the transportation company immediately. Notify Beckson so that we may assist.
SHORT-SHIPMENT CLAIMS- Short-shipment claims must be reported to Beckson within 7 days of receipt of shipment No claim can be made for shipment shortages after 7 working days of receipt of shipment. Claims must identify order number, carton number. carton weight. and items claimed missing. No adjustment will be made without this information. Deductions and offsets for short shipments are not permitted.
RETURN POLICY- A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS REQUIRED prior to returning goods and restocking charge will be incurred. Refused shipments will be considered only as unauthorized returns. No credit will be allowed without our consent. A copy of the seller's invoice for the goods must accompany any returned items. Products manufactured to customer specifications, including custom color-match, are not returnable for credit. Unauthorized returns will be discarded or. if requested immediately, returned to shipper at their expense. Credit will be issued only when the following conditions are met:
1} Beckson Return Goods Authorization Number must be noted on the packing list and the outside of the carton.
2} Packing List must reference the seller's invoice or original buyer's order. 3} Returns must be shipped prepaid.
Credits at the original price. less original discounts will be issued only after inspection and acceptance of returns by Beckson and are subject to adjustment at Beckson's sole discretion. Goods returned with our permission will incur a handling charge. Goods returned more than 180 days after purchase will not be creditable. Notify Beckson immediately if a product is suspected to be defective. No unauthorized field destruction of goods is permitted. If Beckson determines that a shipping error occurred, or if product is proved to be defective. full credit will be issued for product and freight. Seller credits shall be applied against purchases only and will not be refunded.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: BECKSON MAKES NO WARRANTIES. EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NICLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY Implied WARRANTY OF MERCHANTILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOOE. User is responsible for determining whether a Beckson product is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for user's method of application.
LIMITATION OF REMEDIES AND LIBILITY: If any Beckson product is proved to be defective, the EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AT BECKSON'S OPTION. SHALL BE TO REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OF OR TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE BECKSON PRODUCT. Beckson shall not otherwise be liable for loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted. including negligence, warranty or strict liability. CUSTOMERS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO MAKE WARRANTY DETERMINATIONS. PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO BECKSON. SEE RETURN POLICY ABOVE.
